Nutella Oat Muffins
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 cups White Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cups Low Fat Milk
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Bananas, Mashed
- 1/4 cups Nutella
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or use paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg and add milk, oil, vanilla extract and bananas. Stir until combined.
- Add flour mixture to wet mixture. Stir to combine; do not over-mix.
- Pour batter into muffin tins and add 1 teaspoon Nutella on each muffin butter. Using a toothpick, slowly and gently cut and swirl Nutella in the batter. Make pretty swirls.
- Bake for 17 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
