Monster Cookies
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cornstrach
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Room Temperature Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cups Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Mini M&Ms, Plus More For Topping
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and both kinds of peanut butter until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Scrape down the sides if needed.
- On slow speed on a hand mixer or stand mixer, add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
- Measure out the dough into 2-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Add more M&Ms to the top of each cookie.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges start turning golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Grab a glass of milk and enjoy!
