Monster Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and both kinds of peanut butter until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. On slow speed on a hand mixer or stand mixer, add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
  5. Measure out the dough into 2-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Add more M&Ms to the top of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges start turning golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Grab a glass of milk and enjoy!
