Frosted Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Stir in milk, 1/3 cup sugar, oil, baking powder, salt, egg and 1 1/2 cups of each flour.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Mix in enough of the remaining flours to make dough easy to handle.
  5. Knead until smooth and elastic (8 to 10 minutes). Place in a greased bowl; turn greased side up.
  6. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (90 minutes).
  7. Grease two oblong cake pans.
