Salted Peanut Butter And Chocolate Cookies
- 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste Or Extract
- 1 whole Egg
- 4 ounces, weight Bittersweet Chocolate, Chopped
- Maldon Salt For Sprinkling
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt (not the Maldon salt).
- In a large bowl, beat both sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter, milk, vanilla and egg and mix well. Add in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chopped chocolate.
- Using a cookie dough scoop or spoon, place dough on a cookie sheet spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake cookies for approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle cookies with Maldon salt. Place on a baking rack to cool.
