Double Chocolate Mint Bars

  1. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  3. Cut in 3/4 cup oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Beat in eggs and 1/4 teaspoon mint extract; spread into pan and bake 23 to 25 minutes at 350u0b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. In saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/2 cup oleo with chocolate chips.
  6. Stir in Eagle Brand milk and remaining 1/4 teaspoon mint extract.
  7. Pour over baked layer and let stand in refrigerator until set.
  8. Cut into 24 bars.
