Peachy Blueberry Crunch
- 1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
- 4 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- whipped topping (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Rinse blueberries from mix, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Arrange peach slices in ungreased 9-inch square pan.
- Sprinkle blueberries over peaches.
- Combine water and brown sugar in liquid measuring cup.
- Pour over fruit.
- Combine muffin mix, pecans and melted butter in large bowl.
- Stir until thoroughly blended.
- (Mixture will be crumbly).
- Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit.
- Sprinkle contents of topping packet from mix over crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Serve warm with warm whipped topping, if deserved.
