Pumpkin Mini-Muffins With Maple Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In medium bowl combine: butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add already mixed dry ingredients; then add sour cream, nuts, and pumpkin to the mixture.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until done.
  4. Mix together glaze ingredients until smooth. Adjust to fit your taste. Pour on warm muffins.
