Kolachky’S

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together butter and cream cheese.
  3. Add flour one cup at a time.
  4. Once dough is combined knead on counter for 5 min.
  5. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a WELL floured surface (I'd recommend dividing the dough and rolling it out little by little).
  6. After dough is rolled cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  7. Place one teaspoon filling into the center of the square.
  8. Fold corners of square to connect edges.
  9. Place on and ungreased cookie sheet and brush with egg whites.
  10. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar.
