Kolachky’S
- 2 cups Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
- 16 ounces, weight (2 Packages) Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 4 cups Flour (You'll Need Extra To Dust The Counter)
- 2 cans Fruit Filling
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix together butter and cream cheese.
- Add flour one cup at a time.
- Once dough is combined knead on counter for 5 min.
- Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a WELL floured surface (I'd recommend dividing the dough and rolling it out little by little).
- After dough is rolled cut into 3x3 inch squares.
- Place one teaspoon filling into the center of the square.
- Fold corners of square to connect edges.
- Place on and ungreased cookie sheet and brush with egg whites.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
