S’Mores Cupcakes
- 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box, Or Your Favorite Chocolate Cake Recipe)
- 1 jar Marshmallow Fluff (7 Ounce Jar)
- 1 bag Mini Marshmallows (You'll Only Need 24, For Garnish)
- 1 package Graham Crackers (You'll Only Need 24, For Garnish)
- 2 bars Hershey's Milk Chocolate (1.5 Ounce Bars)
- 1 tub Chocolate Frosting (16 Ounce Tub Or Your Favorite Recipe - I Like Wilton's Chocolate Buttercream)
- 1. Prepare cake batter as you normally would.
- 2. Using half your batter, fill 24 lined cupcakes. Using half of your marshmallow fluff, add a dollop of fluff to each one then cover with remaining batter.
- 3. Bake as you normally would. Cupcakes are done when the marshmallow fluff, comes out the top of the cupcakes and becomes lightly browned (toasted) and leaves an empty center in the cupcakes. Let cool.
- 4. After they are cool, fill centers with remaining marshmallow fluff. And decorate as desired with your frosting and s'mores fixings.
- Very simple and versatile, but got rave reviews when I took these to a picnic!
