Spinach And Artichoke Party Dip

  1. Combine light sour cream and dip mix in medium bowl.
  2. Stir in artichokes, spinach and pimientos.
  3. Cut slice off top of round loaf of bread.
  4. Hollow out center of bread leaving 1-inch shell. Reserve bread pieces for dipping.
  5. Spoon dip into bread shell. Serve warm or cold.
  6. To serve warm, bake in preheated 400u0b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Cover loaf with foil if browning quickly. Serve with bread cubes and/or assorted fresh vegetables.
  8. Serves about 12.
