Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Cut up vegetables and set aside; combine in small bowl the vinegar, sugar, salt, cayenne and Accent and set aside also. Brown garlic in hot oil; stir-fry pork in garlic until well done. Add vegetables and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  2. Add sauce and stir, then cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in cornstarch paste and cook until sauce thickens.
  4. Do not overcook.
  5. Serve with rice.
