1932 Christmas Fruit Cake

  1. Cream fat and sugar.
  2. Add well beaten eggs.
  3. Beat 5 minutes. Add 2 cups flour, fruit juice and coffee.
  4. Sift rest of flour, spices, soda and salt over currants, dates, raisins, cherries, citron, orange, lemon and pineapple.
  5. Add floured mixture to creamed mixture. Fold in nuts and mix thoroughly.
