Nutella Skillet Brownies
- 1 cup Butter
- 2/3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
- 1-1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 whole Large Eggs, Room Temperature
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Nutella
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Melt butter in the cast iron skillet (or nonstick, oven-proof skillet) on top of stove on medium-low heat. I used an 8-inch cast iron skillet.
- In a small bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder.
- When butter has melted, pour into a medium-sized metal mixing bowl. Add the sugar to the melted butter and beat until combined. Beat eggs, vanilla, and salt into butter until smooth. Mix in flour and cocoa mixture. Fold in Nutella. Refrain from eating the Nutella off the measuring spoons.
- Spread batter into the cast iron skillet and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
