Pumpkin Waffles With Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream
- FOR THE WAFFLES:
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1/3 cups Plain Pumpkin Puree, No Spices Added
- 1/2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt

- FOR THE CINNAMON SUGAR:
- 1/2 cups Organic Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

- FOR THE PUMPKIN SPICE WHIPPED CREAM:
- 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 Tablespoons Pumpkin Spice Syrup (Torani Brand)
- Beat eggs, buttermilk and pumpkin together. Add the spice, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. Whisk until batter is smooth. Place 2/3 of a cup on pre-heated waffle iron and let cook until golden brown.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for the cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
- For the pumpkin spice whipped cream, whip whipping cream and syrup together until peaks start to form. Keep chilled.
- Serve warm waffles with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream.
