Buttermilk Raspberry Muffins

  1. In a small bowl whisk up the sugar, the eggs and the oil.
  2. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Alternate folding in the buttermilk and the the egg mixture until everything is combined. Don' t worry about a few lumps of flour!
  3. Lastly, add the raspberry (don't defrost them!) or any other kind of berries you like.
  4. Fill them into a muffin mold and bake at 190u0b0 degrees Celsius
  5. (375u0b0F) for 20-25 minutes.
  6. After they are done and cooled off, you can decorate them with some white chocolate.
  7. Enjoy!
