Candy Bar Pizza
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 sticks oleo or butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. favorite candy bars (Butterfingers or Heath pieces work real well)
- 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
- Mix flour, salt, soda, brown and white sugars, oleo, egg and vanilla together; mix well.
- Add 1 cup chocolate chips to this mixture. Place these ingredients into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375u0b0.
- As soon as you take crust out of the oven, carefully spread 1/2 cup peanut butter and the balance of the chocolate chips on top.
- It works well to take a teaspoon and place peanut butter in all areas, it spreads easier.
- You may sprinkle your favorite candy bars on top.
- The children will love this.
