Caramel Pumpkin Latte
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin (canned Pumpkin Or Pumpkin Pie Filling, Etc.)
- 1/2 Tablespoons Caramel Syrup, Plus 1 Teaspoon (optional) For Topping
- 1/4 cups Whipped Cream Or Cool Whip (optional)
- Combine all ingredients (except whipped cream and 1 teaspoon caramel syrup) in a blender and blend till well combined.
- Pour into a large mug and heat in the microwave for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional caramel syrup if desired.
- I make this with decaf coffee and my girls consume it as fast as they can.
- Note: This makes a VERY large latte. I usually end up filling my large mug and then having enough for a small cup for one of my daughters.
