Caramel Pumpkin Latte

  1. Combine all ingredients (except whipped cream and 1 teaspoon caramel syrup) in a blender and blend till well combined.
  2. Pour into a large mug and heat in the microwave for 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional caramel syrup if desired.
  4. I make this with decaf coffee and my girls consume it as fast as they can.
  5. Note: This makes a VERY large latte. I usually end up filling my large mug and then having enough for a small cup for one of my daughters.
  6. Enjoy!
