Pumpkin Banana Bread
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 3 whole Bananas, Mashed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cups Pumpkin Puree

- FOR THE STREUSEL:
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together dry ingredients and create a well in the center. In a different bowl, cream together all the wet ingredients. Pour into the well in the dry ingredients and stir just to mix. Batter should be lumpy. Top with streusel and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted to the middle comes out clean.
- For the streusel topping, combine brown sugar and flour. Then cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on top before cooking.
