Pumpkin Pie With Streusel Topping

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
  2. 2. Whisk the eggs, mix in sugar, salt, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin. Then mix in melted ice cream.
  3. 3. Pour into the pie shells, bake at 425u0b0F for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. For the streusel, mix together brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, and then add in the diced butter bit by bit, mixing it so that the butter is still in chunks but well mixed in the dry ingredients (super crumbly).
  5. 5. After the pies have been baking for 15 minutes, add on the streusel topping.
  6. 6. Reduce temperature to 350u0b0F for another 35 minutes or so, till a toothpick comes out clean from the pie (not from the streusel).
