Simple Pumpkin Bread
- 3-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons All Spice
- 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 cups Water

- 16 ounces, weight Pumpkin Puree
- Makes two 9x5" loaves.
- Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and flour two 9x5" loaf pans.
- Sift your dry ingredients (flour, sugar, spices) into a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add your wet ingredients.
- Mix until combined. Pour into pans.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until no longer jiggly.
- So easy, huh? I love that you don't even need to break out the mixer. Just a wooden spoon and a little elbow grease.
- Enjoy.
