Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and spray a loaf pan with canola oil.
  2. Combine flours, salt, sugars, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl. Combine the remainder of the ingredients (except chocolate chips) in another large mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and pour batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
