Lynn'S Hobo Steaks

  1. Tear aluminum
  2. foil into squares, large enough to cover and seal
  3. over
  4. meat
  5. and
  6. vegetables.
  7. Season meat with salt, pepper and
  8. garlic
  9. salt.
  10. Place
  11. on
  12. foil.
  13. Place
  14. a slice of onion along with potatoes, bell pepper and carrots, enough for an individual
  15. serving
  16. on
  17. top
  18. of
  19. meat.
  20. Salt and pepper as desired.
  21. Put
  22. 4 tablespoons of bouillon over meat and vegetables. Wrap and
  23. seal
  24. well.
  25. Bake
  26. in
  27. 400u0b0 oven for about 45 minutes. We also
  28. cook these on the barbecue pit but increase cooking time depending on heat from coals.
