Pumpkin Pie Smoothie In A Bowl

  1. Place oats, yogurt, milk, pumpkin, chai seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender container. (Do not blend). Mix all together with a spoon and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight, until oats are thick.
  2. Place frozen banana and walnuts in the blender. Blend for a few minutes until banana is fully incorporated into the oat mixture. The banana will turn the oats into a doughy ice cream. Add in your ice cubes and blend for a least two minutes to fully break down and incorporate the ice.
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with granola, crushed pretzels, and a dollop of peanut butter.
