Chicken Breasts With Sour Cream

  1. Mix spices and herbs together.
  2. Dust chicken breasts in spice mixture and dredge with flour.
  3. Heat butter in saute pan over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt. Turn pieces over and cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add green onions to pan and cook 1 minute.
  7. Pour in chicken stock and cook 6 minutes over low heat.
  8. Do not cover.
