Pumpkin Spice Dark & White Hot Chocolate
- 3 cups Whole Milk
- 1 cup Canned Pure Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground Cloves
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 3 ounces, weight Good Quality White Chocolate, Roughly Chopped
- 2 ounces, weight Good Quality Dark Chocolate, Roughly Chopped
- Optional Garnishes: A Few Shavings Of Chocolate, And A Sprinkle Of Spices
- In a small pan over medium heat combine the milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, salt and spices. Whisk constantly until smooth.
- Stir until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate shavings (reserve some for garnish) until melted. Pour into serving mugs.
- Top each mug with a generous mound of whipped cream, a few shavings of chocolate, and a sprinkle of spices.
