Pumpkin-Mocha Chai Tea

  1. In a medium-size saucepan, add water and tea bags (if tea bags have strings, cut them off). Heat over medium-low heat (at a soft simmer) for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags from the pot with a slotted spoon. Squeeze the excess water from the tea bags into the tea. Discard the bags. Stir the pumpkin, cocoa powder, vanilla, pumpkin spice and stevia into the tea. Stir and cook until everything is heated, combined and smooth. Stir in milk and cook until warmed. Pour into a cup and top with a dash of cinnamon.
