Granola Munch Mix
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cups Shelled Sunflower Seeds
- 1/3 cups Shelled Pepitas (pumpkin Seeds)
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine oats and seeds.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir well.
- 3. Pour liquid ingredients over oats and mix well to coat.
- 4. Spread onto a large greased baking pan.
- 5. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set pan on a rack.
- 6. Cool completely. Stir in cranberries and chips once cooled.
