Pumpkin Walnut Oat Muffins With Cinnamon Maple Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Spray a standard muffin tin with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice, brown sugar).
  3. In a medium bowl combine all remaining muffin ingredients, except walnuts. Whisk well to combine.
  4. Pour wet mix into dry mixture and combine well. Fold in walnuts. Pour into muffin tin.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile make the cinnamon glaze. Whisk syrup, yogurt, milk, and cinnamon together. Drizzle on muffins.
