Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a stand mixer, add pumpkin, applesauce, maple syrup, and sugar. Cream together until well combined. Add in eggs, one at a time.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. Stir to combine. Once combined, slowly add this into the pumpkin mixture. Once well mixed, stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 pyrex. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cookies reach their desired gooeyness.
