Pizza-Burger Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, combine first 9 ingredients.
  3. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes, stirring often. Cool 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare hot-roll mix as label directs for pizza dough.
  5. On lightly floured surface, using floured rolling pin, roll dough into a 12-inch square; place on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Spoon meat mixture down center third of dough to within 2-inches of both ends.
  7. Shape meat into loaf; sprinkle loaf with cheese.
  8. Cut 6 diagonal strips of dough (each 2 inches wide) on each side of meat.
  9. Fold dough ends over meat; then crisscross strips over top.
  10. Brush top of dough with beaten egg; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. Bake 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  12. To serve, cut into diagonal slices.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
