Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

  1. Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl combine oats and water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and stevia. Pour equally into two 6-inch ramekins.
  3. In a small bowl combine flour, nuts, oil and maple syrup until it forms crumbles. Sprinkle crumbles over pumpkin oatmeal.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the ramekins from the oven and let oatmeal cool 5 minutes before serving .
