Apple Crisp For 2
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 2 whole Apples
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoons Ginger
- FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING:
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons Cold Butter
- Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F.
- For the filling, core and dice apples. In a small bowl, add diced apples, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, mix well.
- In a food processor or blender, add ingredients for the topping. Make sure to cut the cold butter up, it helps with the mixing.
- Into 2 ramekins, evenly divide filling and top with equal amounts of crumble. Bake for 30 minutes.
