Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add brown sugar and milk; bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from stove.
  4. Cool to lukewarm.
  5. Add enough powdered sugar for the consistency you want, thicker for a cake. If you like maple flavor, you can use maple flavoring in the icing; otherwise, use vanilla.
  6. Dip marshmallows in melted butter. Roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and place on wide end of the crescent roll.
  7. Fold wide ends over marshmallows, then roll it up to the point end.
  8. Pinch edges together well.
  9. Place in greased muffin pan.
  10. Brush with melted butter.
  11. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven; cool about 5 minutes, then remove and place on wax paper.
  13. Put icing and nuts on, if you desire.
