Easy Spinach Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0; rub butter over bottom of unbaked pie shell.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, salt and sugar; beat until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Sprinkle pie shell with spinach and cheese.
  4. Pour milk mixture over spinach and cheese.
  5. Put a dash of nutmeg and pepper on top.
  6. Bake approximately 40 minutes on lower oven shelf until custard is set and the top is nicely browned.
  7. Serve as a luncheon or main dinner dish.
  8. Serves 4 to 5 people.
