The Best Pumpkin Bread Ever!
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Allspice
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices. Then add them into the dry ingredients and mix to combine, but do not over-mix. Next, stir in the nuts.
- Pour into a well buttered 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a long skewer placed into the center of the bread comes out clean. Turn out of the pan and let it cool on a rack.
- Can easily double this recipe.
