The Best Pumpkin Bread Ever!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sized bowl mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices. Then add them into the dry ingredients and mix to combine, but do not over-mix. Next, stir in the nuts.
  4. Pour into a well buttered 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a long skewer placed into the center of the bread comes out clean. Turn out of the pan and let it cool on a rack.
  5. Can easily double this recipe.
