Sparkling Fruit Salad With Champagne Mimosa Dressing

  1. Place mango, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwi and mint in a large bowl. Carefully toss to combine, being careful not to break up the berries. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk orange juice, champagne, honey and cointreau (if using) to combine. Right before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
