Gotta Have Some Lasagna
- 2 regular cans Hunt's spaghetti sauce (traditional and meat)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 24 oz. shredded pizza cheese
- 8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 14 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- Scramble cook ground round.
- Add spaghetti sauce.
- Place 1/4 of meat sauce in bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Cook 13 noodles as per box directions.
- Cover first layer of meat sauce with 4 noodles, then add 1/4 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the pizza cheese.
- Beat Ricotta cheese and egg together and add 1/3 Ricotta/egg mixture to baking dish.
- Be sure to spread each layer evenly.
- Repeat layering process, alternating direction of noodles.
- Top last layer with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes; uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Let stand about 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
