Creamy Watermelon Pie
- 1 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1 package Cream Cheese, 8 Oz Pkg
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 drops Red Or Green Food Coloring
- 2 cups Cubed Or Balled Seedless Watermelon, Drained
- 1 package Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 cups Prepared Whipping Cream Or Cool-Whip
- Whip sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, and food coloring together until smooth and fluffy, about two minutes.
- Using a spoon or rubber spatula, fold in watermelon.
- Spoon mixture into prepared graham cracker crust and top with whipped cream. Chill for at least one hour if possible or just eat right away.
- *Prepared Whipped Cream can be made by whipping together at medium high speed with an electric mixer 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup granulated white sugar.
