Creamy Watermelon Pie

  1. Whip sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, and food coloring together until smooth and fluffy, about two minutes.
  2. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, fold in watermelon.
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared graham cracker crust and top with whipped cream. Chill for at least one hour if possible or just eat right away.
  4. *Prepared Whipped Cream can be made by whipping together at medium high speed with an electric mixer 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup granulated white sugar.
