Girl Scout Cookie Cookies
- 2-1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 40 Girl Scout Cookies Of Choice (Thin Mint, Do-si-do Or Other)
- 1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
- 2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
- 3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate morsels.
- 4. Take a tablespoon of cookie dough and fold it around one Girl Scout Cookie. Make sure you don't have too much extra cookie dough around the cookie. Place on an un-greased baking sheet leaving about 2 inches in between each. Bake at 375 F for 12-15 minutes.
