Chocolate Mousse
- 16 ounces, weight Firm Tofu (High Protein)
- 4 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 10 Tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 4 packages (Individual Serving Size) Stevia
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- In a food processor, pulse the firm tofu until it breaks up. Next, add the cacao powder, almond milk, stevia, vanilla extract, salt, and honey. Blend well until all ingredients are mixed, then scrape down sides of food processor.
- In a small microwavable bowl, heat the chocolate chips for 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval and continuing until the chocolate melts.
- Once the chocolate chips have melted, pour it into the food processor. Process until the chocolate has been mixed together. Scrape down the sides of the food processor again and continue to pulse until all ingredients are blended. Pour into serving dishes and enjoy!
