Simple Cinnamon Apple Bread
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed, Organic Is Best
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 2 Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/3 cups Almond Milk (plain Or Vanilla)
- 2 Apples, Peeled And Shredded
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 2 teaspoons White Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- 2. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with butter.
- 3. Beat the brown sugar and butter together with an electric mixer or a fork and a strong arm. Add eggs and beat until combined.
- 4. Mix in the flour, cinnamon and baking powder, then the almond milk. Stir. Fold in the shredded apples.
- 5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. With 2 minutes remaining, mix the sugar and cinnamon together for the topping. Sprinkle over the top. Bake for the remaining 2 minutes.
- 6. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack about 10 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
