Nutella Cookie Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F degrees. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together sugar, Nutella, coconut oil, and eggs with an electric mixer until well blended. Beat in milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir with a whisk. Add flour mixture to Nutella mixture. Beat mixture just until combined.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan. Top with hazelnuts and chocolate chips. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow bars to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
