Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Mix wet (pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs) and dry (flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips) ingredients separately and then mix together. Be careful not to overmix or you will have tough muffins!
  2. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350u0b0F for 20-25 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on them and bake just until done.
  3. Note: If you are making them into hearts, don't fill the cups quite full. You get a few more muffins that way and the hearts are better defined!
