Peaches And Cream Pie
- 3 c. fresh peaches
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 peach, slice (for garnish)
- Place 3 cups of peaches in pie shell.
- Combine sugar, flour and salt.
- Add eggs and sour cream, stirring until well blended.
- Spoon over peaches.
- Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and remaining flour.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Sprinkle evenly to cover top of pie (there may be extra topping).
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
- Use sliced peach for garnish.
