Dairy-Free Bacon Broccoli Slaw

  1. Combine dressing ingredients into a smooth sauce.
  2. Combine broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, cashews and cranberries. Mix dressing into veggie mixture, garnish with bacon crumbles and serve!
  3. Notes:
  4. 1. I used vegan grapeseed mayo but any mayo will do if you have no egg sensitivities or allergies. Avocado mayo is a great option.
  5. 2. If you need to avoid gluten, make sure you use a gluten-free Worcestershire sauce.
