Dairy-Free Bacon Broccoli Slaw
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/3 cups Grapeseed Or Avocado Mayo
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 teaspoons Garlic
- FOR THE SLAW:
- 12 ounces, weight Broccoli Slaw
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Cashews
- 4 strips Cooked Uncured Nitrate Free Bacon
- Combine dressing ingredients into a smooth sauce.
- Combine broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, cashews and cranberries. Mix dressing into veggie mixture, garnish with bacon crumbles and serve!
- Notes:
- 1. I used vegan grapeseed mayo but any mayo will do if you have no egg sensitivities or allergies. Avocado mayo is a great option.
- 2. If you need to avoid gluten, make sure you use a gluten-free Worcestershire sauce.
