Waffle Bar

  1. Preheat the waffle iron. Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add egg, milk, butter, and vanilla. Stir until fully combined and all lumps are gone. Depending on the size of your waffle maker, pour about 1/2 to 1 cup of the batter into the waffle maker and cook until brown and crispy. Continue with the remaining batter.
  2. Chill a glass bowl in the freezer at least an hour. When you are ready to make the whipped cream, add whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla to the chilled bowl. Using a handheld mixer, mix at a medium speed for 5-7 minutes until stiff peaks form. You should be able to lift the mixer up and the peaks remain in place.
  3. To serve, place the toppings in indivigual bowls and top each waffle with the desired toppings.
