Pumpkin Peanut Butter Spice Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly spray two loaf pans or one loaf pan and a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until thoroughly combined. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture until just blended. Fold in peanut butter and 1 cup chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pans.Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips over tops of loaves. Bake for about 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool in pans for 15 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Enjoy!
