Hot Wings
- 2 cups Olive Oil
- 6 Tablespoons Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Molasses
- 1/2 cups Corn Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Anchovy Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Celery Salt
- 10 whole Chicken Wings
- Ranch Or Blue Cheese Dressing, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
- Blend oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic, vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, anchovy paste, fish sauce, cayenne and celery salt for sauce in a blender.
- Arrange chicken wings in a casserole dish. Spread sauce evenly on wings. Heat for 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese. Reuse leftover sauce from the casserole dish for dipping.
