Tailgate Turkey Chili
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 pounds 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
- 1 can (28 Oz. Size) Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Chopped
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Chopped
- 2 whole Jalapenos, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 envelope Stevia (individual Size Packet)
- 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/8 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- Drizzle olive oil into a large pot over medium heat. Then add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook until crumbled and brown, draining excess liquid as necessary. Add all of the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium/low heat for about an hour. Enjoy!
