Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
  2. Drain pineapple, measuring syrup (add water to make 1/2 cup).
  3. Stir in gelatin with lemon juice.
  4. Blend in mayonnaise and chill until thick.
  5. Whip cream and fold fruits, nuts and whipped cream into gelatin.
  6. Pour into 2 freezing trays.
  7. Freeze until firm, at least 3 to 4 hours. To serve, slice.
  8. Makes 8 servings.
